Cancellation & Make-Up Policy
- 48 hours' notice is required to be eligible for a make-up lesson.
- Make-up lessons are subject to availability and must be used within the same term.
- No-shows or late cancellations are forfeited and not refunded.
- If Piano With Avi cancels a lesson, a make-up will be arranged.
Missed Lesson Options
For unavoidable absences, you may request:
- A recorded lesson video, or
- A personalised worksheet or activity pack for at-home learning.
Fees & Payment
Piano With Avi operates as a small, independent studio. To keep lessons running smoothly and respect our commitment to consistent teaching, we ask that lesson fees be paid in advance: monthly students at the start of each month, and term-enrolled students at the start of each term. This helps us plan our schedule and maintain the quality of instruction for all our students. If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee will apply to help cover administrative costs.
Notice to Withdraw
Should you need to withdraw from lessons, we ask for 2 to 4 weeks' written notice. This allows us to reorganise our timetable and offer that slot to another student. Fees for the notice period remain due, as we hold the lesson time for you during that window.
